Can my neighbor press charges on me?

The past year we had these Hoosiers move in next door and it all started with them having their drunk idiotic hillbilly friends parking in our spaces last Christmas. I went over to politely ask them to move and they said verbatim "Does it have your name on the space you mothereffer you." Two days later, we find a deer carc in our backyard and what looked like cottage cheese thrown all over the side of our house. In response, I threw an old turkey over the fence and a can of beans against their house. Two days ago, the husband said he threw something at our house, but I haven't found anything yet and it was bothering me so yesterday I threw our German Shepards feces at his kids window and it stuck and has remained there since. Can they press charges even though they initiated all of it?
