So I want to overdraw my PNC checking account?

Long story short, I need money to put down for a new place. I was thinking about overdrawing my PNC account and just dealing with the overdraft fees and paying it off before they send my stuff to collections. Anyone know anything about this process or the max limit I can overdraw my PNC account?
