What would be the pros and cons of having my girl's sleep in the same room?

I have a three-year old and expecting in December. A while from now but were moving to a 8-bedroom house this Fall. Which is way bigger than the house were living at now, so it's plenty of rooms. Nevaeh wants to sleep in the same room as Avery, she claims she going to wake up every morning and give her a bottle and change her diaper. Please. Nevaeh is also very playful, LOUD and more independent than most kids.She's sweet but her loudness might be a problem for Avery. My husband thinks they should share a room and I don't know yet. Pros and Cons?
