Help- I need to find some NC state laws regarding minors leaving home.?

There is a bunch of stuff going on in my life and its just too difficult. But I want to leave legally and all. I mean Im 17 and I have graduated from high school. I was set to go to UCF but they messed up my aid package so that I can not afford it. So now she wants to sign me into the Air Force.
