Job prospect for CFA level-2 and MBA, of non immigrants alien.?

Hello, my spouse is persuing PhD form an Ivy league univerity in New York. I have ped CFA level-2 exam, have MBA from a top B school from a non English country, have about five years experience in credit of real estate finance in loan origination level. In our country I have yearly purchasing power parity income of USD 50,000. I am wondering whether it is possible to find sponsor employer for H1B visa for me. Noted that I have F2 visa.
