Should I ask for a babysitting pay raise?

I'm sure you are a fantastic caregiver. I wonder if you took a quick course in a community college that is related to the work you do with the 6 year old. Maybe something like "how to manage a person with epilepsy". My point is, your employer may consider a raise more if you have a bit more to offer. Just a thought, but again, I'm sure you're a great caregiver.
