That's a pretty bad diet, but it can be improved by adding some fruits and veggies. Like, for breakfast, put some fresh strawberries, or blueberries on the french toast. For lunch, load your hamburger down with lettuce, tomato, onion. For supper, ravioli is ok, but fix a green salad with it. For desert, cookies are fine, but also try pudding or fruit too. Don't forget dairy products like cheeses, milk and yogurt, which can easily be added into your menu.
