Shall i start drama cles?

i am a bit of a comedienne, i like to do impressions and joke. People half-joke that i should be a comedienne. My boss joked that i should do a stand-up routine at the Christmas party and she half-jokingly says i would be good at acting. So i told other people and they agreed. I am just wondering if i should try and get into drama, maybe not as a career but just for a hobby- the thing is its quite nerve-wracking to think i would be starting drama cles. what are your views folks?
