Can your mother forbid you from getting an ?

I have been growing quite large in the last year and I tend to get frequent and powerful s which I cannot control. These bulge out no matter how baggy my pants and my mother has shouted at me and told me not to "get a stiffie" in her house. She says it is a religious house and she will not accept dirt and smut happening under her roof. I am sort of embared by this and don't know what to say. I have tried taping my rod to my thigh, which at first works OK because it goes halfway down and I can wrap the tape around the whole leg, but when the becomes very powerful it breaks the tape pushes up against the pant leg. When I am lucky I can guide the upwards but it makes a mark in my shirt above the belt line. I can't wait to move out of home, but until I am legal age I want to know it your mother can legally forbid you from getting wood?
