How much is this mobile home worth?

My husband and I tried to get a value on our 1998 Skyline and we couldn't, our realtor went to dealerships and even acted like an interested buyer and they wouldn't give her a value on a new trailer like ours, our only option at this point is an appraisal. Best of luck.
