What are the chances of probation for a first offense?

my husband and 2 other guys got arrested almost a year ago they stole 2 tvs from 2 different condos both were unoccupied and they all are getting charged with 2 counts of burglary and 2 counts of of entering an unoccupied dwelling, the owner of the land the condos are on said they want them prosecuted to the fullest but the judge a prosecutor said since the unit were owned by someone besides the people who owned the land they wanted to know what the victims thought. 1 tv was broken and the other was fine all 3 turned themselves in and gave back the tvs since the 1 tv was broken they decided to pay restitution before being made to by the judge all 3 of the attorney said it would show good faith,so they paid 1600 dollars in restitution in return for a letter saying no jail time and deserves a second chance and to get probation.he wrote the letter which is great the other victim was happy he got his tv back but since he didn't get any restitution he didn't want to hurt them or help them in any way(thats what he said word for word)... my husband is 21 the other 2 guys are 25,they all requested to get a pre sentencing investigation report done and all came back clean with no prior records and the probation officer who did the reports said more than likely will get probation for 3 years and all 3 of the attorneys are saying same things now.... but im just sooo scared cause he could get up to 4 years of jail...but my husbands attorny said his case is a lil diff than the other 2 guys cause he can be tried as a youthful offender cause of his age and with the help of one of the victims is great and that they paid restitution w/o bein made to and that he is the only one married and that im 5 months pregnant and with medical issues from being pregnant so im high risk,and that he has started back to school,hasnt even gotten a traffic ticket since they got arrested and that his investigation came out clean, and the probation officer said he will suggest probation,and he will talk to the judge to show remorse and that will help,and that he has a job now.....im guess the people who are working the case say i think they will get probation ,,but like 4 months ago it was like 2 years prison....so i guess them sayin probation all the time is good now but im just freaking out his sentencing date is the 6th of august... this is soposed to be a strict judge but he has a soft spot for kids and younge adults and youthful offenders like my husband i just need reurance and im sooooo scared i stay up at night crying when hes in bed and i act like everything is ok in the day time...do you think it sounds like he will get probation? its all 3 of their 1st offense.... i know it was stupid he knows it was stupid and all he does now is pray to god he gets a second chance...
